Amanda Dirks launched a pair of home runs, including a walk-off in the bottom of the seventh, Alicia Brown added a third long ball and the LMU softball team clinched a 5-4 win over visiting Saint Mary's in the first game of a West Coast Conference doubleheader Saturday afternoon.

Six goals was enough in the rematch during the first semifinal of the 2015 GCC Championships. Senior Jordan White (SR/Malibu, CA) had 12 saves and the Lions' stingy defense earned them a 6-3 win over the host at Chris Kjeldsen Pool on Friday afternoon.

The Lions and Gaels will face off in a doubleheader on Saturday Apr. 25 beginning at noon, followed by a single game with a noon start on Sunday, Apr. 26.
