You may also register by completing the registration form below and returning it with full payment or a $150.00 non-refundable deposit per child, per session, which is applied to the camp fee. The balance of fees is due June 1. For any registration after June 1, full payment is required. Incomplete and/or illegible enrollment forms will not be processed.

Enrollment by mail or fax will be complete only when application and full payment has been submitted. A confirmation packet will be emailed to you within 2 weeks following receipt of final payment. Payments not received by the stated deadline will result in forfeiture of space. Make checks payable to LMU Summer Sports Camps. Mailed credit card payments must be made in full.
A $50 processing fee will be assessed for any and all changes made to a registration form after it has been processed by our office. Applications are non-transferable.
LATE REGISTRATIONS
Registrations received within 72 hours of the 1st day of camp (after Thursday @5pm) will be charged an additional $50 per child, per camp session.
CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS
We encourage you to plan your camp selections carefully. There is a $150.00 cancellation fee per camp session for any and all reasons, including medical, if you decide to cancel any camp session from this point on up until the two (2) weeks prior to the start of camp. Furthermore, if you cancel witin two (2) weeks of the start of camp, there will be no refund. PHONE CANCELLATIONS ARE NOT ACCEPTED. A written copy of the cancellation is required. No refunds will be issued upon expulsion or voluntary withdrawal from camp. There is no refund for variable weather conditions.
DISCOUNTS (Registration must be mailed or faxed to receive discount)
A $25 discount applies if you meet one or both of the following:
1. LMU employee
2. LMU alumni (must provide last name at time of graduation and year of graduation)
