Loyola Marymount University Announces Ticketing Partnership with TixCity

Los Angeles – Loyola Marymount University today announced that Edison, New Jersey-based TixCity has been named the preferred secondary ticket partner of LMU Athletics. The multi-year partnership continues through the 2018-2019 academic year.

As part of the relationship, the LMU Fan Exchange powered by TixCity will be created and launched in 2017. The LMU Fan Exchange will provide fans of Loyola Marymount with an exclusive and safe marketplace to buy and sell tickets to home basketball games and other campus events.

“We are excited to partner with TixCity,” said LMU Director of Intercollegiate Athletics Dr. William Husak. “Through the TixCity partnership, we are able to offer our fans a safe, and efficient, method to further support our athletics programs.”

Importantly, a portion of revenue from the exchange will directly benefit LMU athletics. We look forward to serving Lions fans for many years to come.”

Van Wagner Sports & Entertainment, the university’s athletics multimedia rightsholder, worked with sports marketing firm, Deep Alliance, to secure the partnership with TixCity.
