WCCTV Meets the 2009-10 WCC Student-Athlete Advisory Committee

Oct. 20, 2009

SAN BRUNO, Calif. -

WCCTV sat in on the 2009 Fall WCC Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) meeting to see how this year's 16 WCC SAAC representatives fared after a packed agenda and two full days of discussion. Check out why these student-athletes have decided to use the little time they have left in their busy schedules to be a part of this organization.

ABOUT WCC SAAC
In an effort to ensure that the voice of the student-athlete from each sport and institution is heard at the administrative level, 16 WCC SAAC representatives come together throughout the year to discuss various NCAA activities and proposed legislation that affected student-athlete welfare.

In addition to these discussions, the WCC SAAC is committed to demonstrating leadership and learning among institutions, encouraging good sportsmanship, and fostering conference-wide community outreach through initiatives, such as the Zappos.com WCC Shoe Drive and the Dig Pink Campaign.

This year's WCC SAAC includes two representatives, one male and one female, from each institution. Below are each school's WCC SAAC representatives for the 2009-2010 academic year.
