Day of Giving, Global Happy Hour Set for Tuesday
LMU’s Day of Giving and Global Happy Hour is set for Tuesday, November 14.
LMU’s Fifth Annual Day of Giving kicks off with the biggest challenge yet, and LMU needs you to help us reach our goal. Be a difference-maker by joining us and being #AllforOneLMU on Tuesday, Nov. 14, 2017. When we exceed last year’s record of 4,255 donors on a single day, LMU’s newly formed Alliance of Women Philanthropists will gift LMU with $100,000. Be a part of this great initiative and help make your LMU the best it can be for our current students by donating at DayofGiving.lmu.edu.
Lion supporters are also encouraged to celebrate LMU Global Happy Hour with alumni around the world! Join fellow Lions on Nov. 14 for a fun evening of drinks, appetizers and networking as we light up the globe, one city at a time! Use the link below to find a happy hour near you and visit your city’s website for event details and to RSVP.
LMU Athletic Director Dr. William Husak and LMU baseball head coach Jason Gill will be in attendance at the Orange County happy hour, while LMU President Timothy Law Snyder will be in attendance at the South Bay happy hour. LMU Executive Vice President and Provost Thomas Poon will attend the Downtown LA happy hour.
The Day of Giving site features a live-ticker tracking our progress to goal and information on all 31 LMU Global Happy Hour events. In order for this live-ticker to accurately display our progress to goal, all day of giving gifts need to be made through the Day of the Giving website.
