Jordan Alcantar was recently hired in sports performance, while Jill O’Brien was added in athletic training.
As an athletic trainer with LMU, O'Brien oversees the volleyball, softball, beach volleyball and swimming programs.
Prior to coming to LMU, O'Brien spent three years as an assistant trainer at Rogers State University in Claremore, Okla. Prior to joining Rogers State, O'Brien spent a year at the University of Florida as an Athletic Training Intern.
O'Brien, a 2008 graduate of Cal Poly, also earned a Master of Science in kinesiology-athletic training from the University of Arkansas in 2010.
