LOS ANGELES - Teams will begin to arrive on campus in the coming weeks to begin training for the new 2016-17 season, which begins at LMU with women’s soccer arriving this week. However, campus was a busy place this summer, especially in the Lions Athletic Center.

The LMU Sports Network takes a look the summer conditioning program and its importance on the upcoming 2016-17 season. As Pat Dixon, assistant athletics director of sports performance, says, becoming  #LIONSTRONG, there are “No days off.”
