At LMU... 2006... utilized a red-shirt season... 2005... posted the all-time top finish for a Lion male at the WCC Championships with a time of 25:48 that earned him fourth place... named first-team All-WCC as a result... 25:48 at the WCC Championship set the LMU record for the 8000m at Crystal Springs... finished in the top-100 at the NCAA West Regional in 33:00... 2004... led LMU with a time of 34:01 at the NCAA Regionals... finished second among the Lions at the Stanford Invitational, crossing the line in a season-best 26:24 to finish in the top-100 overall... helped the Lions set a new school record at the Crystal Springs course with his time of 26:58, good for an 18th place finish at the WCC Championship... record time beat previous record of 27:01 set by Rick Weis (now LMU Assistant Coach) in 1996...
High School... a 2004 graduate of Arcadia High School in Arcadia, Calif... participated in cross country, soccer, and track... was a two-time All-Pacific League selection in cross country... was an All-CIF and All-State track runner his senior season, clocking a personal best of 4:17.66 for the 1600m in 2004... prep coach was Jim O'Brien... ran cross country and track in high school with LMU teammates Jonathan MacNeil and Paul Beckwith...
