At LMU... 2009-10... in cross-country, ran five races for the Lions this season... consistently improved throughout the season to record a personal best of 26:08 at the Vanguard Invitational where he placed in the top ten overall... ran a personal best of 33:05 for the 10k at the Chile Pepper Invitational... in track, ran a school record of 1:54 for the 800m... ran a personal best and second all-time for LMU of 3:55 for the 1500m...
