At LMU...2009-10...helped the Lions to a second place overall finish at WCC Championships...ran a personal best for the 8k of 25:02 at the UC Riverside Invitational...ran a personal best for the 10k at Chile Pepper Invitational of 31:29...in track broke 15 minutes for the 5k...ran a personal best of 14:41 for the 5k at the Mt.Sac Relays standing 3rd all-time at LMU...

 At LMU...2008-09... ran in seven races for the lions...was the lions top finisher in two races...led the lions at the UC Irvine Invitational and set a personal record for 8000m placing 11th overall in a time of 25:49...at the Aztec Invitational set an LMU course record finishing 32nd overall in 25:52 for 8000m...ran 32:48 for 10,000m at the Chile Pepper Invitational...placed 12th overall at WCC Championships running 4th for the lions earning WCC honorable mention...was LMU newcomer of the year...In track, ran 4:05 for 1500m at the UCLA Invitational...was the lion's 4th fastest time for 3000m at the UC Irvine Invitational with a time of 8:44.7...competed in the 3000m steeplechase and set a personal best of 9:46.9 at the Cal-Nevada Championships...

At LMU...2007-08... medically red-shirted cross country season...in track, ran team's best time in the 3k steeplechase with a 9:54 at Ben Brown Invitational... ran team's third best time in the 400m hurdles with a 67:92 at the Pomona-Pitzer Invitational...ran team's fourth best time in the 1500m with a 4:09 at the Arizona State Invitational... ran team's seventh best time in the 3000m with a 9:06 at Pomona-Pitzer Invitational...

High School... a 2007 graduate of Murrieta Valley High School in Murrieta, Calif... ran four seasons of cross country and track for Coach Steve Chavez... was an All-Southwestern League selection as a senior...
