All-Arcadia during senior year... All-San Gabriel Valley for two years... All-San Gabriel conference during junior and senior season... All-Pacific League for two years... All-State Division I 3rd team during final two years... Ryan Christopher Vargas was born March 28, 1994 to parents Laura and Galo Vargas in Pasadena, CA... has two sisters and one brother... volunteered with Fruit for All and Club 21... considered Baylor, Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, UC Santa Barbara, Cal State Fullerton, San Francisco, Santa Clara, Fresno State and Arizona State before deciding to attend LMU... chose LMU because "it was a great fit for me academically and athletically"... a political science major.
