Fourth Annual Track Challenge: This Saturday the LMU Men's and Women's track teams will travel to Malibu, CA for the 4th Annual West Coast Track Challenge. The Lions have won the West Coast Track Challenge for the last three years and are eager for another year of competition. After successful performances at the Pomona Pitzer Invitational last weekend, the Lions will be looking to continue to record some fast times with under the spirit of conference rivalry this weekend. Both University of San Diego and Pepperdine will be in attendance for this year's track challenge. The meet will be hosted by Pepperdine University and start at 10:00 am.

Lions to watch: On the men's side, the Lions will be looking to break the LMU school record for the Distance Medley relay. The relay consists of 4 legs each a different length: 1200m, 400m, 800m, 1600m. The Lions have three equally competitive teams entered, each out to try and break the school record which stands at 10:38.94. The men will also run in the 1500m, 3000m and the 400m, 200m, 100m sprint races. The women also have a competitive distance medley team ready to go for a win. The Lions have five women entered in the 1500m and seven in the 3000m for the distance raced. They also have competitors in the sprint races and field events.

Come out and support your Lions this Saturday, all events start at 10:00 am at Pepperdine University
