LOS ANGELES - The LMU men's and women's track teams travel to San Francisco on Saturday for the West Coast last Chance Open, hosted by the University of San Francisco at San Francisco State's Cox Stadium. The meet will be the final competition for the majority of the Lions who will be looking to close out the 2014 outdoor season with NCAA Regional qualifying times and persona best marks.
Four Lions enter the weekend ranked in the top 48 in their respective events among all NCAA Division I West Region competitors, including Weston Strum (16th in the 1,500m and 17th in the 5,000m), Kevin Joerger (47th in the 10,000m) Sheree Shea (8th in the 5,000m and 13th in the 10,000m) and Grace Graham-Zamudio (42nd in the 10,000m).
