NCAA West Preliminary Preview Part Three: The Seniors
Our three-part series concludes today with seniors Sheree Shea and Weston Strum.

LOS ANGELES - In advance of their departure to Fayetteville, Ark., for the 2014 NCAA Division I Outdoor Track & Field West Preliminary, the LMU Sports Network sat down with each of the LMU men's and women's NCAA qualifiers.
Our three-part series concludes today with seniors Sheree Shea and Weston Strum. Shea is doubling in the 5,000m and 10,000m for the second straight year, while 2014 marks the fourth NCAA appearance of her career. Strum will compete in the 5K for the second straight year. His 2013 NCAA appearance, along with Kevin Joerger, marked the first ever male NCAA qualifications for LMU.
Competition for the six Lions begins Thursday evening when Shea and Grace Graham-Zamudio run in the 10,000m, slated for 9:40 p.m. CST.
On Friday, Kyra Burke will compete in the 3,000m steeplechase at 9:30 p.m. CST. LMU will wrap up competition Saturday when Strum races in the 5k at 8:05 p.m. CST. Shea, Graham-Zamudio, Danielle Shanahan and Kelli Sugimoto follow with the women's 5K at 8:45 p.m. CST.
