At LMU... 2011-12... in cross-country, ran five 8k races and one 10k race... recorded 40th place and personal best of 25:52.9 at the 8k CSU Fullerton Titan Invitational... also recorded personal best of 34:02 at the 10k NCAA DI West Region Championships, in track, competed in nine meets... broke the LMU record in the 3k steeplechase with a time of 9:39.69 at the Oxy Invitational... set a personal-best in three consecutive meets in the 3k steeplechase... set a new PR in the 1500m at the Triton Invitational in 4:04.02...

At LMU... 2010-11... in cross-country, ran four races for the Lions... ran a season best of 26:56 for the 8k at the UC Riverside Invitational... in track, ran a personal best of 10:02.39 in the 3k steeplechase for the 5k where he finished 16^th overall...

At LMU... 2009-10... in cross-country, ran five races for the Lions... ran a personal best of 27:03 for the 8k at the CSU Fullerton Invitational... in track, ran a personal best of 4:08 1500m at the Oxy Invite... for the 5k ran a 16:19 at the Ben Brown Invitational a personal best where he finished 17^th overall...

High School... graduate of C.K. McClatchy High School... was captain of his Cross Country & Track teams his senior year... received All-League honor three years in a row... awarded MVP and Runner of the Year...
