At LMU... 2011-12... in cross-country, placed third with a personal and season-best of 24:36.5 in the 8k at UC Riverside Invitational... ran personal-best in the 10k of 30:35 at NCAA DI West Region Championships... named first-team WCC All-Academic... served a red-shirt season on the track... Running unattached, won the 1500m at the Pomona-Pitzer Invite in 3:51.91... ran PR's in the 800m and 1500m at the Beach Invitational... recorded a second-place finish in the 3000m at the UCI Spring Break Invite in 8:13.53... in the 5000m, recorded a PR at the Oxy Invite in 14:04.50...

At LMU... 2010-11... winner of the Athlete of the Year award for Men's Cross Country and Track... ran five races for the Lions... finished 10th at the WCC Championships in 25:29... ran season-best 25:04 at UC Riverside Invitational in the 8k... won Pomona-Pitzer All-Comers (1 mile) at 4:20.33 and Ben Brown Invitational B race (5k) at 14:36.27... finished 3rd at the Triton Invitational with a time of 3:53.17 in the 1500m race...

High School... ran a personal record in every distance he raced his senior year... placed 6th at the State meet in 15:24 for the 5k course... placed second at the prestigious Stanford Invitational... won the Mt.
