Over his five-year stint, Chatham helped the College of Southern Nevada Coyotes earn three Scenic West Athletic Conference Championships, two JUCO Region XVIII Championships, and one JUCO Western District Championship. In 2010, the Coyotes, led by the play of Major League Baseball top draft pick, Bryce Harper, won a berth to the JUCO World Series where the team placed third and finished the season with a record of 52-16 overall.
