AT LMU
2011... finished the year batting .246 with five runs scored, a home run and seven RBI... played in 21 games, starting 16... swiped three bases in four attempts... went 2-for-4 with two stolen bases at Long Beach State on February 20... the stolen bases were the first of his career... batted 3-for-4 with a run scored at Cal State Northridge on March 25... went 1-for-4 with two RBI at Santa Clara on April 8...

2010... hit .295 with 10 runs scored, five doubles and three home runs... drove in 11 runs and drew six walks... appeared in 32 of LMU's games overall, starting 24... posted a .455 slugging percentage and a .361 on-base percentage... appeared in just 10 WCC games, starting six... batted .182 over 22 conference at bats... had four hits, including two doubles and one home run against conference foes... scored two runs on two occasions, including versus San Francisco in conference play on April 25... collected one of his three home runs in that game against the Dons... recorded five multiple-hit games, including three hits on two occasions... posted two multiple-RBI games... hit safely in 10 straight games from March 14 to March 28... batted .385 against left-handed pitching... hit .526 when leading off an inning...

Nicholas David Devian was born July 28, 1989 in Torrance, Calif... son of Jackie and Vahe Devian... father played baseball at LMU from 1981-82... has one sister, Taylor... elected to transfer to LMU because of the combination of academics and athletics... a communication studies major.
