2012... batted .246 with nine runs scored, two doubles and a homer as a freshman... made 15 starts and appeared in 25 games... posted a .273 batting average in West Coast Conference play... reached base in six of his 14 opportunities (.429) when leading off an inning... was 3-for-9 as a pinch hitter... first career hit came in first collegiate at bat as pinch hitter on February 19... belted first career home run at BYU on April 7, part of a 2-for-3 day with two runs scored... recorded two hits against Pepperdine on May 20... posted his first career three-hit game at Santa Clara on May 27 (3-for-4)...
