One of two Lions to return to campus this season as members of the LMU baseball coaching staff, Brady Koch (2001-2004) was named an assistant coach beginning the 2006-07 season. Koch will work primarily with the LMU catchers.
Koch was a four-year letterman as a catcher for the Lions. In his senior season, Koch helped the Lions to their best West Coast Conference record in 15 seasons.
After spending one season in the Houston Astros organization, Koch returned to LMU to work with the team and the summer camp program last spring.
Koch resides in his hometown of Manhattan Beach, Calif.
