Jeremy LaMell is in his second season with LMU baseball after transferring from Glendale Community College in Ariz... 2007 will be his sophomore season, as he redshirted at Kansas State prior to playing for GCC... expected to see time as the Lions' designated hitter this season... has very good speed... coaches feel he is a baserunning threat and are excited to have his speed in the program...

At Glendale Community College (AZ)... 2006... ranked in nation's top-20 in stolen bases (34) in NJCAA Division II... was the lead-off batter and starting left fielder for Coach Dave Grant... At Kansas State... 2005... utilized redshirt season...

High School... a 2004 graduate of Chaparral High School in Scottsdale, Ariz... was an all-state selection and won two state titles with Coach Jerry Dawson and the Firebirds...
