The season begins in Las Vegas on Friday, February 16, as LMU will head to a tournament hosted by UNLV. The Lions will play Oregon and Indiana State in neutral contests before concluding play against the host Rebels.

After returning home to host UC Irvine on Tuesday, February 20, in the home-opener, LMU will once again face Oregon, as the Ducks come to town for a three-game series beginning on Friday, February 23.

Other non-conference weekend series feature a four-game trip to Hawaii (March 1-4) and a home three-game set versus Valparaiso (March 9-11).

The West Coast Conference slate will be tough as always, as LMU will open conference play at 2017 WCC co-Champion BYU on March 15. The Cougars represented the WCC in the 2017 NCAA Tournament.

LMU will host Pepperdine (March 23-25), San Francisco (April 13-15), Portland (April 20-22) and Saint Mary’s (May 18-20) in WCC play. Road conference series include Pacific (March 29-31), San Diego (April 6-8), 2017 WCC co-Champion Gonzaga (April 27-29) and Santa Clara (May 11-13).

Midweek games will pit LMU against UC Irvine (February 20 and March 27), USC (February 27 and March 13), UCLA (March 6 and April 3), Long Beach State (March 20 and April 17), UC Santa Barbara (April 10), CSU Bakersfield (April 24 and May 8), and Grand Canyon (May 16).

Once the regular season is complete, LMU will then hope to reach the WCC Championship Series from May 24-26 for the fourth time in the last five seasons.
