Lions Can't Hold Hot First Half

Playing it's third Pac-12 Conference opponent on the road of the young season, LMU jetted out to a fast start and held a lead as large as 12. However, the lead would not hold as Stanford's Chasson Randle scored 31 points to lead the Cardinal to a 67-58 come-from-behind victory at Maples Pavilion on Wednesday night.

Turnovers Hurt Lions in Last Second Setback

Sophomore Evan Payne scored a career-high 32 points but it wasn't enough for LMU (3-5) to overcome a 14-5 edge in point off turnovers for Northern Arizona (3-6), who scored the go ahead bucket with 42 seconds left to earn a 71-69 win on Saturday afternoon at the Walkup Skydome in Flagstaff, Ariz.

A Whirlwind Six Months

Finals Week Lay-off Ends with Lumberjacks

With 10 days off for finals week, the LMU men's basketball team resumes play with a trip to Flagstaff, Ariz., to face Northern Arizona on Saturday, Dec. 13. First Half Hole Too Much

LMU traveled to the Galen Center looking for a second straight win over USC as they took a five-point lead early, starting the game 7-for-13 from the field. However, an 0-for-11 stretch put them down at the break and they couldn't recover as they fall to the Trojans, 77-61, on Wednesday night.
