For the sixth time this season and the third time in conference, LMU men's basketball saw themselves in a one-point ball game. And it ended in heartache. Jared Brownridge hit his fifth three-pointer with 2.4 seconds left to lift Santa Clara to a 64-63 win in West Coast Conference action on Saturday afternoon.

Quick Turnaround for WCC Game of the Week

It will be a quick turnaround in several aspects as LMU men’s basketball heads to Santa Clara on Saturday, Jan. 21 for the WCC Game of the Week. The match-up will complete the season series as the rematch comes just two weeks after their first meeting on Jan. 7 in Los Angeles.

Defense Can’t Overcome Offensive Struggles

Recruiting Class McDonald All-American Nominees

in November, LMU men’s basketball signed for Southern California standouts to Nation Letters of Intent. All four were All-CIF selections after leading their teams to success in 2015-16. As seniors, they are at it again, earning nominations to the 2017 McDonald’s All-American Game.

Brown, Cardiac Lions Get Another Win

Down five with 52 seconds to play, LMU men's basketball turned up the defensive pressure and put themselves in yet another buzzer-beater. Brandon Brown's reverse lay-up with five seconds to play claimed LMU a 79-78 win at Portland in West Coast Conference action Saturday night.

Snowy Portland Next for LMU Hoops

The Pacific Northwest road swing continues for LMU men’s basketball on Saturday, Jan. 14 when they head to snowy Portland to take on the Pilots at the Chiles Center. Tip-off is set for 7 pm.
