BRIEFLY...Taj Adams is in his first season of collegiate basketball for the Lions in 2012-13... "Adams is a very skilled forward who can score in a variety of ways on the offensive end," said Head Coach Max Good. "Taj has good mechanics and his quickness makes his shot even tougher to defend."

HIGH SCHOOL... Graduated from Fairfax High School in July of 2012... He transferred to Fairfax for the 2011-12 season and has been considered a rising prospect after strong performances during the summer... he helped Fairfax to a 20-10 overall record, reaching the CIF Los Angeles City Section Playoffs, defeating Roybal before falling to Dorsey... As a junior, Adams was the leading scorer at West Adams High School in Los Angeles in 2011... Adams averaged 17.3 points, 3.3 rebounds and 2.1 blocks per game for West Adams Prep. He averaged 8.3 points, 5.3 rebounds and 3.3 assists as a sophomore.
