After winning their final three and four of their last five regular season games last year, the Loyola Marymount men's basketball program looks to continue on its late success in 2017-18. The Lions have announced their full WCC slate and the 12-game non-conference schedule, which includes a season-opening exhibition on Nov. 3.

The West Coast Conference schedule was announced by the conference Tuesday morning. After opening with conference play with two on the road, LMU's first WCC home match with be against Santa Clara on Jan. 4, with reigning national runner-up Gonzaga coming to Gersten Pavilion on Saturday, Jan. 6. A tough conference schedule will conclude with senior night festivities scheduled for the regular season finale on Feb. 24.

LMU will have a strong balance of home and away contests in the early stretch of the season, beginning with a rematch against last year's Sun Belt Conference champions Texas Arlington. The Lions hosted UTA in a thriller last December, with the eventual-NIT participants clinging to a three-point win as time expired.

Hank's House will be rocking for the first pair of games in November as UC Riverside and McNeese State come to Gersten Pavilion on Nov. 15 and 19, respectively.

It's back to Texas during Thanksgiving week to face Incarnate Word in San Antonio on Nov. 22. The Lions topped UIW in overtime, 91-90, last season as part of their season-long four-game December win streak.

The week will close out with another rematch, as LMU will play at Boise State on Nov. 25 and look to avenge a one-point Gersten loss from last season.

November will wrap up at home, with Prairie View A&M visiting The Bluff on Nov. 28 for a Tuesday night matchup.

The first of two Pac-12 road matchups begin with a trip to Oregon State on Dec. 2, with the second coming Dec. 17 with the Lions returning to the Pacific Northwest to play Washington in Seattle in the final nonconference road match on Dec. 17.

Times and television schedules will be announced when available.
