Briefly... Kyle Berka played two seasons of men's golf at LMU

At LMU... 2011-12... played in two events in 2011-12, finishing with a 78.2 stroke average over five rounds... posted a low round of 74 at the Bill Cullum Invitational... finished tied for 55th out of 86 at the tournament with a 229...2010-11... was a member of the team but did not compete in a tournament on the season...

High School... An active athlete, Kyle earned varsity letters in basketball, soccer, baseball, and golf.Berka was the Woodside Priory Athlete of the Year in 2007-08 as a junior while also earning all-conference honors. His best finish came at the 2008 Winter Holiday Classic. He represented the Leadbetter Academy in a Ryder Cup match against the Puerto Rico National Team in Puerto Rico.

Personal... Kyle O'Neal Berka was born on Feb. 28, 1991 in Redwood City, Calif...son of Rebecca Akers and Chris Berka...has two sisters, Caitlin and Holey. His father Chris ran cross country for Stanford...chose LMU over Hofstra and Redlands...he is a Psycology major.
