BEFORE LMU... Played one season of golf for the University of New Mexico...he played in two tournament for a Lobo team that advanced to the NCAA regionals in 2010. He finished 66th out of 104 in his first collegiate event, posting a 228 at the William H. Tucker Intercollegiate hosted by the Lobos. High School... posted two top-10 finishes and three top-15s in AJGA action. He placed 31st at the 2007 Junior Orange Bowl Invitational, won the 2007 IJGT Mizuno Midseason Championship and won the 2007 Palmetto Invitational with rounds of 71, 69 and 68. In 2008, he tied for 14th at the 2008 Saint Agustine Amateur, which included a low round of 65, and also qualified for US Amateur at age 16. During his senior season of high school, he ranked 93rd nationally and 15th in the state of California for the class of 2009...
