WESTLAKE VILLAGE, Calif. – Loyola Marymount closed out the Southwestern Invitational with the final rounds on Tuesday, shooting 310-313-310—933 to place 15th. The second round got off to a late start due to an hour and half frost delay in the morning, and scattered stops in play due to rain and a hailstorm at North Ranch Country Club.
Cameron Meeks finished three strokes behind his fellow freshmen, recording a 81-73-80—234. Meeks led the Lions with 32 par shots.
The Lions will next play at San Diego State’s Lamkin Classic on March 12-13.
