LOS ANGELES -- The championship season for the LMU men's golf season begins this Monday, and Lions' All-Access takes and inside look at senior Boris Stantchev as he and the Lions head to the 2013 The Farms Collegiate Invitational hosted by San Diego at the Farms Golf Club.
Stantchev enters his final semester as a Lion and he says the four years has been a whirlwind. He enters his final semester having played in 81 rounds throughout 28 career events, shooting 14 rounds under par. The Business Administration major has loved every minute of it. This year's field includes the host Toreros, the Lions, UC Santa Barbara, Santa Clara, UC Irvine, Western Illinois, Fresno State, Missouri, University of the Pacific, San Francisco, UC Riverside, and Saint Mary's College.
Action begins with 36 holes on Monday at 8:15 a.m., with the final 18 taking place on Tuesday. The Farms, in Rancho Santa Fe, Calif., is a par-72 course that plays 6,947 yards.
