LOS ANGELES – Loyola Marymount is back on the course for three rounds at the 2018 Southwestern Invitational on Feb. 26-27. The tournament will feature 36 holes on Monday, with a 7:30 a.m. shotgun start, and the final 18 holes on Tuesday, with tee times off holes 1 and 10 starting at 7:45 a.m.
LMU will play the same five golfers who competed in the Wyoming Desert Intercollegiate last time out. That group of Lions, Riley Elmes, Samuel Su, Cameron Meeks, Billy Pollock, and Matthew Carungay, finished with a 9-under final round in that tournament.
North Ranch Country Club in Westlake Village will host the event on their Par 72, 6,992 yard Lakes and Oaks courses.
Pepperdine, Augusta, Denver, Long Beach State, Loyola Marymount, Michigan, New Mexico, Oregon State, San Diego State, San Jose State, SMU, Tennessee, UC Davis, UCLA, Washington State make up this year’s field.
