Peter Gail enters his fourth year as a volunteer assistant coach with the LMU men's soccer program.

Gail is a graduate and a four-year letterwinner at Duke University. He finished in 2000 with a degree in English with a minor in Drama.

His playing career has been filled with success dating back to his high school playing days. While at Duke, he served as team captain during a record-setting senior season for the Blue Devils. Duke advanced to the NCAA tournament for the second consecutive season as Gail helped the team to undefeated regular season record and the ACC Championship. In a strange twist they fell at home in the NCAA College Cup to WCC institution Santa Clara that season.

Growing up in Portland, Ore., Gail helped his high school, Catlin Gabel School, to three state championships as he was named the Oregon state player of the year as a senior.

He is currently serving as the Elite Skills Director of the Force Soccer Club in Torrance, Calif. Gail also earned his National "C" License and is the founder of the PG Method, a unique soccer training system designed to help youth in the development of advanced fundamentals.

A working actor, Gail was seen in the movie "Jarhead" with Jamie Foxx and Jake Gyllenhall in 2005 and in the movie "The Guardian" with Kevin Costner and Ashton Kutcher in 2006.
