Matthew Rene Mejia was born on Apr. 5, 1985 in San Diego, CA...the son of Rene and Nancy Mejia...has two brothers, Aaron and Andrew...also recruited by Boston University, Connecticut and Old Dominion...chose LMU because of the quality education and excellent soccer program...a volunteer for the Thunder Program, working with mentally disabled children...a Biology and Spanish major with a Biochemistry minor.
