As a true freshman he was fourth on the team with six points and earned second team all-conference honors? started all 18 games for the Lions? had a goal and four assists?scored the game winner in the 1-0 win over Loyola of Chicago (Sept. 3) to win the Jesuit Cup? had first collegiate assist against UNLV (Sept. 8), setting up the game winner? assisted on another game winner in the 2-1 victory over Saint Mary?s (Oct. 8)? also had assists against Michigan State (Sept. 15) and UC Irvine (Sept. 29).
Erush is a 2000 graduate of Birmingham High School in Van Nuys, CA?a three-year letterwinner?served as team captain as a junior and senior?a three-time All-Northwest Conference selection and a two-time All-Valley and and All-West Valley League pick?garnered All-America honorable mention honors as a senior?named 1999 LA Times and Daily Breeze Player of the Year?prep coach was Jose Friere.
