BEFORE LMU
A member of the AIS Pro Tour Program, Volmari turned his attention to the senior circuit through the second half of 2009 to 2010, contesting qualifying events in Australia and Europe... his biggest result of 2009 was winning the Optus 16s Autumn Nationals, defeating Andrew McLeod in the final... selected to train and travel with Australian Institute Of Sport (AIS) tennis program under Brent Larkham and Shannon Nettle... named to the Junior Davis Cup qualifying team in 2009... in 2010 was selected on a full-time scholarship with AIS...

Todd Volmari was born in Canberra, Australia on August 15, 1993 to parents Helen and Roy Volmari... has an older sister, Meagan, and a brother, Adam... chose LMU because he was offered a scholarship and the academics offered suited what he wanted to study... an electrical engineering major...
