TULSA, Okla. -- Lions' Nicholas Bjerke and Sebastian Bustamante fell in the second round of the ITA Men's All-American Championships tournament hosted by the University of Tulsa this past Saturday. The pair received a bye in the first round of the Pre-Qualifying stage of the tournament, but each fell to his opponent in the second round.


 

 

Senior Nicholas Bjerke lost to Duke University's Josh Levine, 7-6, 6-1. Junior Sebastian Bustamante won his first set, but fell to the University of Arizona's Andre Vidaller, 2-6, 6-4, 7-5.

LMU Men's Tennis will continue its fall tournament play with the UCI Pre-Regional tournament in Irvine, Calif. this weekend. The tournament begins this Friday, Oct. 5.
