LMU men's tennis, led by second-year head coach Tom Lloyd, has compiled the 13-best recruiting class among mid-majors according to The Tennis Recruiting Network and Solfire.

The mid-major rankings in tennis include all colleges in all divisions except for those in the five so-called "major" football conferences - the ACC, Big 10, Big 12, Pac 10, and SEC - as well as the Ivy League. The rankings do not take into account incoming transfer students.

LMU is one of only two West Coast Conference schools to be named to the list, with the other being football contender BYU. Four of the twenty-five ranked classes come from California: Fresno State (No. 4), Loyola Marymount (13), UC Santa Barbara (15), and UC Davis (17).

LMU's class so far consists of standouts Joat Farah (Ecuador) and Jamie Thorp (Kent, Wash.). To read more about Farah and Thorp, please CLICK HERE
