Briefly... Tim Hummel is in his fourth season of collegiate water polo at LMU... in three seasons has played in every game LMU has played, totaling 96 heading into his final season...

At LMU...
2007... he played in all 30 games, scoring 23 goals to rank fourth on the squad... he added 50 kickouts drawn, a team-high, 17 steals and seven assists... he drew a program record nine kickouts in the overtime setback to Long Beach State (10/4/06) and scored a goal in the Lions' championship win over UC Davis (11/18/07)...he scored a pair of goals against USC (12/1/07) in the NCAA semifinals...

2006... had 17 goals while playing in all 31 games... finished with 18 steals, 17 kickouts drawn and 11 assists... had a hat-trick in win over Gannon (10/12/06)... scored two goals against Redlands twice (9/3/06, 11/4/06)... had a career best four steals in win over UC Davis (9/17/06)... drew a career-best four kickouts in win over UC Santa Cruz (10/21/06)... scored five goals on the 6-on-5 attack...

2005... played in all 35 games as a true freshman in 2005... scored 12 goals in 28 attempts... added 14 assists, 12 steals and 23 kickouts drawn...

High School... graduated from O'Dea High School in 2005 with a 3.30 GPA... played all four years of water polo and swam all four years at O'Dea... was a three-time all-league and all-state selection in water polo... was team captain his final two seasons... was a two-time All-American while swimming the 200 and 400-free relay...was a member of the Honor Society in both sports...
