Briefly... Mark Menis is in his third season of collegiate water polo at LMU... served his redshirt this season in 2010...

Highlights at LMU... 2011... played all 25 games as a redshirt freshman, scoring 25 goals in 55 attempts (45.5 percent)... added 18 steals and six assists on the season... scored in the first seven straight games of the season... had a career-best three goals in win over Fresno Pacific (11/4/11)... had three steals in win over Santa Clara (11/5/11)... scored in 17 of the 25 games...2010... served redshirt season...

Prior to LMU... graduated from Naperville Central High School in 2010... swam and played water polo in high school... helped water polo team place second in 2010, third in 2009 and second in 2008... was an Honor Roll student all four years of high school, was an All-Academic selection all four years... was a NISCA Academic All-American, earning first-team in 2010 and third-team in 2009... was named Illinois Coaches Association Player of the Year in 2010... was a three-time All-State selection, earning first-team his final two seasons... was also a 2010 State Champion in the 200 and 400-Free Relay... was a U.S. Swimming All-American in 2009 and 2010.
