LOS ANGELES --Sophomore Milutin Mitrovic has been named honorable mention All-American by the Association of Collegiate Water Polo Coaches (ACWPC), which announced its 2013 Men's All-American Teams on Wednesday evening.

Mitrovic joins Andy Stevens and fellow countryman Tibor Forai as the only player in LMU history to earn All-American honors in his first two seasons with the Lions. Mitrovic earned honorable mention honors as a freshman in 2012.

After scoring 72 goals in his first season, Mitrovic added 67 as a sophomore to give hime 139 in his first two seasons, which already ranks 12th all-time in LMU history. The 72 goals in 2012 was the best all-time for a freshman and ranked tied for ninth all-time for goals in a season. His 67 this season ranks 12th.

Mitrovic also had 39 assists in 2013 to lead LMU, which ranks fifth in the LMU history books for assists in a single season. He now has 61 career assists, 12th at LMU.
