Briefly...
Carrie Noyes enters her second year with the Lions... recovering from knee surgery during the fall... a physical player... willing to do the "dirty work"... will do the things that won't show up on the stat sheet- set screens, tip the ball to keep it alive... does the little intangibles that make a difference in the game.

At LMU
2004-05...

Played in 10 games... scored her first career point on a free throw at San Diego (1/8/05)... secured two rebounds in her first career game at Cal State Fullerton (11/30/04), just miles away from her hometown of Brea... also grabbed rebounds against San Diego (1/8/05) and Saint Mary's (2/17/05)...recorded her first assist and steal against Saint Mary's (2/17/05)...played a season-high five minutes against Utah (12/18/04).

High School...
A 2004 graduate of Brea Olinda High School in Brea, CA...was All-League all four years of high school as well as All-CIF... All-Tournament Team at Nike Tournament of Champions... one of the Blue Chip Top 100 seniors... was named a Street & Smith All-American...three-time pick to the Orange County Register's All-County second team... averaged 16.5 points, 8.3 rebounds, 2.0 steals, 3.0 assists and 1.4 blocks per game as a junior...prep basketball coach was Jeff Sink.

Carrie Catherine Noyes was born Mar. 27, 1986 in Placentia, CA... daughter of Catherine and David Noyes... has one brother, Bryan, who played baseball at UCSB... recruited by UCLA, San Francisco, San Diego, Saint Mary's and Boston University... chose LMU for athletics and location... was a scholar-athlete at Brea Olinda HS... an english major.
