Candice enters her third season with the Lions after transferring from the University of Washington in January 2008... sat out out the fall semester of 2008 due to NCAA transfer rules and became eligible for the Lions in late December... strong point guard with quick hands and feet...

Candice Bianca Nichols was born on February 8, 1989...the daughter of Vicky Murray...has one older brother...attended the University of Washington for the fall semester of her freshman year before transferring to LMU...also considered attending Louisville and Pepperdine...decided to come to LMU because it is a good academic school, it's close to home and she feels comfortable with the players and coaches...has volunteered with the Link Crew mentoring incoming freshmen at Long Beach Poly...majoring in Communication...
