LOS ANGELES – The Loyola Marymount women’s basketball team (18-10, 10-7 WCC) is traveling to Stockton, Calif., for its last regular season game of the season vs. the Pacific Tigers (13-15, 7-10 WCC) on Saturday, Feb. 24 at 2 p.m.

LMU Downs Pacific 75-60, Moves To 2-0 In WCC Play
The Loyola Marymount women’s basketball team (10-3, 2-0 WCC) is now 2-0 in 2017-18 WCC play after defeating the Pacific Tigers (6-7, 0-2 WCC) 75-60 on Saturday afternoon at Gersten Pavilion.

LMU defeated the Santa Clara Broncos last night, earning a 64-45 victory behind a game-high 16 points by senior Makenzie Cast in the final home game of her collegiate career.

Pacific lost to San Francisco in a heartbreaking finish last night, dropping the contest 80-78 on the road.

The Lions defeated the Tigers 75-60 at home on Dec. 30, 2017, led by Cheyanne Wallace who scored a game-high 18 points and nine rebounds. Freshman Jasmine Jones also recorded a career-high 15 points and grabbed six boards in the win.

LMU looks to secure its 19th win of the season on Saturday before WCC Tournament play begins at the end of next week in Las Vegas.
