LOS ANGELES - Five new faces have joined the LMU women's basketball roster beginning in 2016-17 and the LMU Sports Network, along with host and senior guard Shelbi Aimonetti, is giving fans an inside look at the new players.

The series continues with freshman Brittney Reed, who hails from Vista Murrieta High School. The 5-10 guard/forward combo graduated as the Broncos' girls basketball all-time leading scorer and rebounder. She guided the Broncos to a 30-5 overall record and perfect 10-0 Southwestern League record, marking the team's fourth consecutive league title.

Named First Team All-Southwestern League, MVP of the Southwestern League and First Team All-CIF, Reed averaged 18.2 ppg, 8.9 rpg, 2.9 apg and 1.6 spg during her final season. Vista Murrieta advanced to the CIF State Division I SoCal Regional Final (state semifinal game) before falling to eventual state champion Brea Olinda.
