LOS ANGELES - The complete 2013-14 LMU women's basketball schedule was announced Wednesday, set to include a 15-game home slate, the return of the DoubleTree Los Angeles Westside Thanksgiving Classic and a 18-game home-and-home West Coast Conference lineup with the latest addition of Pacific.

Following an exhibition match-up against Cal State San Bernardino in Gersten Pavilion on Nov. 4, the Lions officially begin the season on the road for the 10th straight season. They return to The Pit and the University of New Mexico for the second time in three years on Nov. 9, then travel to Utah State on Nov. 13.

LMU's official home opener is Nov. 16 against New Mexico State. After a quick trip to Oregon State (Nov. 21) and Long Beach State (Nov. 23), the Lions return home for the return of their Thanksgiving Classic on Nov. 29 and 30. The 15th version of the tournament will feature LMU, UC Irvine, Montana and North Dakota State.

The Lions open December in For Collins, Colo., to face Colorado State (Dec. 5), before returning to Gersten Pavilion to close out their non-conference slate by hosting Northern Arizona (Dec. 7), UNLV (Dec. 14) and Seattle (Dec. 19).

West Coast Conference play kicks off on Dec. 28 as the Lions head back out on the road to face BYU and San Diego (Dec. 30).

The first match-up between the Lions and PCH Cup rival Pepperdine is set for Jan. 11 in Malibu while the battle makes its Gersten Pavilion appearance on Feb. 1.

The 2013-14 WCC regular season concludes on March 1 with the Lions finishing up play at San Francisco for the second straight year.

The 2014 West Coast Conference Basketball Championships will take place from March 6-11 at the Orleans Arena in Las Vegas.
