LMULions.com and Lions' All-Access introduced the four new members of the LMU women's basketball program. Now Inside the Lions continues to bring you more from the 2012-13 team as we feature the returning members of the program. Today's spotlight player is sophomore forward Emily Ben-Jumbo.

 

 

An on-and-off starter during her freshman season, Ben-Jumbo gained valuable experience both on and off the court. A crafty, left-handed post player, Ben-Jumbo led the squad with 24 blocked shots. With growing confidence this season, she is looking to provide both vocal leadership as well as leading with action.

The Lions hit the road for their official season-opener, traveling to UTEP on Nov. 10. The 2012-13 home slate begins on Nov. 15 against Long Beach State.
