LOS ANGELES - The Loyola Marymount women’s basketball team (1-0) hits the road once again to match up against the Saint Louis Billikins (1-0) on Monday, Nov. 13 at 5 p.m. CT. Both the Lions and the Billikins earned victories in their first games on Friday night, as LMU defeated UC Riverside 67-59 and Saint Louis beat Indiana State 60-59. Monday night’s game serves as the home opener for Saint Louis.

In Friday night’s win over UCR, Gabby Green led the Lions in scoring with a game-high 23 points to go along with eight boards and a game-high five steals. Cheyanne Wallace added 15 points and six rebounds while freshman Jasmine Jones finished with nine points and six boards. Bree Alford hauled in a game-high 12 rebounds for LMU.
After Monday night's game, the Lions play one more road game at Long Beach State on Friday, Nov. 17 before the team’s home opener at Gersten Pavilion on Tuesday, Nov. 21 at 7 p.m. vs. the Arizona Wildcats.
