LMU Crew Teams Earn High Marks at Pac-10 Championships
The Loyola Marymount crew team had placed three teams in three different event finals, with the men's novice eight taking the highest place of third at the 2001 Pacific 10 Conference Rowing Championships. (more)

Women's Crew Finishes Third In WCC Championships
The Loyola Marymount women's crew team finished in a tie for third place with 15 points in the West Coast Conference Championships held at Lake Natoma in Rancho Cordova, Calif. on Sunday afternoon. (more)

WOMEN'S CREW TAKES SECOND IN FINAL HOME RACE
The Loyola Marymount crew program hosted their final "home" race on Saturday morning at Ballona Creek. The Lions have hosted three consecutive races, and their home finale was a successful one as the men's varsity 8 defeated UCLA and UC Santa Barbara, whil the women's varsity 8 finished in second, just behind UCSB. LMU CREW HOSTS FINAL HOME RACE

CREW TAKES FOUR OF FIVE AGAINST LBSU, SMC
The Loyola Marymount men's and women's crew team competed for the second straight day, winning four of five events on Sunday morning at Ballona Creek. The men's team took on Long Beach State, while the women raced against Long Beach State and Saint Mary's College. (more)

Crew Season Begins With Victories
The Loyola Marymount men's and women's crew teams competed in their first meetings of the spring season, taking three first place finishes in five race catagories. The Lions won both varsity eight catagories. (more)

LMU Rowers Race at Long Beach Erg Sprints
Members of the Women's and Men's teams raced in the Long Beach Erg Sprints on Saturday, January 27, 2001. The event was held at Pete Archer boathouse and was hosted by the Long Beach Rowing Association. Within the Collegiate division athletes competed as heavyweight or lightweight and as novice(first year) or open(previous college rowing experience). (more)
