LMU Crew holds its final home race this Saturday, March 17. The remainder of their events this season will be on the road. This is the last chance to catch us at Ballona Creek.

The Lions will take on UC Santa Barbara and UCLA, and the races will run 8AM THRU 9:30AM.

Race Info
Location: UCLA Boathouse. Racecourse Ballona Creek.
Directions: 405 Fwy North or South to 90 Fwy, the Marina del Rey Fwy. Take 90 west to Mindinao. Left onto Mindinao to Admiralty. Left to Fiji. Right on Fiji. Fiji runs into the marina, bends along Fisherman’s Village, then circles back onto itself.

Accessing Boathouse: UCLA boathouse can be reached ON FOOT or BICYCLE ONLY on the day of the race. (There are a few handicapped parking spots available). At the end of Fiji, walk along the Villa Venetia access road or take the bike path from this same point. Both road and path bend right to parallel creek and go to boathouse.

Parking: Paid parking is available at Fisherman’s Village; free parking is available at DOCK 52 Public Lot. Dock 52 is located 1/8 mile from intersection of Admiralty and Fiji, on Fiji, on your right as you proceed into the marina. It is approx ½ mile from Dock 52 to UCLA boathouse. The bike path runs adjacent and just above Ballona Creek for the entire race course. The best way to see the most rowing is to ride alongside the races. So bring a bike or rollerblades.
