WCC Honors 112 LMU Student-Athletes on Commissioner's Honor Roll

The nine WCC schools put a total of 1,093 student-athletes on the list from the 13 sports that the conference sponsors, which is another new conference record.


Lion Freshman to Compete for Puerto Rican U20 National Team

Amanda Dudley will compete for Puerto Rico in the upcoming U20 World Cup qualifying matches in Cuba.


Lions Travel to BYU, San Diego

Four WCC matches remain on the 2011 slate and this week, the LMU women's soccer team hits the road for the final time this season for two of those matches. Thursday, the Lions are at first-year WCC member BYU for a 6 p.m. PT kick off. LMU then travels to San Diego on Sunday at 1 p.m.


Pyka, Medved Lead Lions Past Gaels

Darien Pyka and Brianne Medved each tallied goals as the LMU women's soccer team handed Saint Mary's its first home loss of the season in a 2-1 final in Moraga Friday.
