Katie McKee, MA, is in her fourth season with the Lions' staff in 2014.
McKee is owner and lead consultant at Elite Mind and Performance (EMP), a performance based consulting business where the mind and body meet for peak performance. She specializes in teaching mental fitness to teams and individuals at the high school and collegiate level in all disciplines, as well as working with athletes rehabilitating and recovering from injury.
As an undergraduate, McKee received her BA in Psychology and minor in Physical Education at the University of Redlands. At Redlands, she competed in soccer and softball. She was an All-SCIAC midfielder in 2003, `04 and `05.
McKee received her Master's Degree in Sport Psychology from John F. Kennedy University in 2009, where she also received her Certificate in Exercise and Sport Performance. She has a growing practice, and is very excited to be part of the Lions team.
